Project Planning for Imtech on an £8m Project to refurbish an existing Water Treatment facility. The refurbishment comprises of a number of discrete elements of work spread across the existing site (maintaining water to supply at all times) including the design, construction, supply, installation, commissioning and testing of new Inlet works, two new 20Mld clarifiers, new GAC Re-lift pump house and pumping plant, six new 60m3 GAC vessels, UV plant and building, additional polyelectrolyte plant, new wash water recovery system and the upgrade of the automation system.
Clients Project Manager and Principal Contractor managing the re-location of the existing Roof Tile Manufacturing Plant, sales offices, stock yards and shipping facility within Leighton Buzzard. These were relocated to a new site together with the installation of three new state of the art roof tile manufacturing lines. This was a three year Project and a £17m investment by Forticrete, a CRH company.
Also for Forticrete carrying out assessment of requirements for refurbishment and presentation of cost and time estimates of rented Commercial Properties, and following approval Project Management of the refurbishment.
Project Planning for Christ Kennicott on an $8m Project to build a 720 tonne/hr Demineralisation plant and the 1400 tonne/hr Condensate treatment plant both of which are vital for the production of high quality process steam to meet the needs of the entire complex. The SAUDI KAYAN Petrochemical complex will be one of the largest of its kind in the world, producing over 4 million tonnes of chemicals products/year.
Also for Christ Kennicott Software Development of the integration of Data Export from the companies’ enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, Microsoft Axapta, into a visual representation of Order status and tracking within Microsoft Project.
Spreadsheet Development for Kingfisher Leisure Ltd., an Excel based, Swimming Pool cost estimate and major plant selection spreadsheet from the input of key dimensions and physical attributes for the pool.
